Greg Zimmerman has over 20 years of experience as a professional Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practitioner. He started to learn Chinese Medicine theory while still in High School. In college he studied biology and biochemistry as a major and quickly moved into the discipline and received his Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Since then Greg has practiced as a clinician and has continually studied specialized advanced aspects and specific areas of discipline that are a part of this 5000-year old medical legacy.
His areas of specialty in clinical practice are classical Chinese acupuncture, Tung’s acupuncture, orthopedic acupuncture, abdominal acupuncture, Chinese remedial and orthopedic massage and bodywork, classical Chinese herbalism, and the Chinese medical system of diagnosis.
For over 20-years, Greg has gained much experience using Acupuncture and Chinese medicine to effectively treat many health conditions. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety and depression, insomnia and fatigue, digestion and bowel disorders, auto-immune conditions, arthritis and tendonitis, infertility and IVF, women’s and men’s health, orthopedic conditions, sports and trauma injuries, and skin disorders.
In any condition, safe and effective treatments using Acupuncture and Chinese medicine comes from discerning a proper Chinese medicine diagnosis that is unique to an individual and then the ability to offer the appropriate corresponding treatment methods that match their unique clinical presentation.
