At Retreat Acupuncture, we offer both one-on-one sessions and small group classes in conscious connected breathing, diaphragmatic breathing, and nervous system regulation techniques. It’s an excellent adjunct to acupuncture and energy work, helping you feel grounded and more present in your body.
